Beauty by KC LLC enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are any later than 15 minutes or your scheduled appointment(s).

A 48-hour notice is required (prior to scheduled appointment start time) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any late cancellations within the 48-hours of your appointment are automatically charged 50% of booked service(s).

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. No-shows are unacceptable.

All charges are nonrefundable and will be billed automatically to the card placed on file.

As a courtesy, multiple appointment reminders are sent through text and email.

Your card will only be charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to your appointment on time or cancel before the 48-hour time frame, no charges will be necessary.
